What does the LKR 80,000 cover?
It is the starting price for the standard package: the teacher website and the admin area for students, attendance, materials and fees, plus setup and training. The final price depends on your number of classes, students, pages and features, and is agreed with you before work begins.
Are there any recurring costs?
Some services carry ongoing or usage-based costs — for example your domain name, hosting, video storage, SMS or WhatsApp messaging, payment processing and AI usage. We list every cost that applies to your setup in your quote.
How are the A/L grade predictions worked out?
The analyser uses each student’s paper class marks, compares them with the rest of your class using Z-scores, and estimates a likely grade range. Predictions are a guide for revision planning, not a guaranteed result — they become more reliable as more papers are marked.
What does the subject AI learn from?
From what you teach: your class notes, tutes and papers, together with the Sri Lankan syllabus and past papers for your subject. It answers students in Sinhala, Tamil or English, and you can review its answers before it goes live.
Does it work for O/L, scholarship and online classes too?
Yes. The website, student records, attendance, materials and fee features work for any class — Grade 5 scholarship, O/L, A/L, university, language, music or online classes, for individual tutors and tuition institutes anywhere in Sri Lanka. Z-scores and grade predictions are built around A/L; for other exams the analyser tracks marks and each student’s standing in the class.
Can the website be in Sinhala or Tamil?
Yes. Sinhala, Tamil and English versions are available as an optional extra for the website, materials and student experience.
I run a small class. Is this too much for me?
No. The package is scoped to your size, and pricing is negotiable. Many teachers start with the website and student records and add features later.
